Dropship Tender Workflow

Steps

1. Receive Sales Order: Customer orders product not in stock.
2. Create Requisition: System auto-creates purchase requisition from SO. Select type "Call for Tenders".
3. Invite vendors: Send tender to multiple vendors. Vendors quote prices and delivery times.
4. Select vendor: Compare quotes, select best vendor. Confirm winner.
5. Create dropship PO: System creates PO with delivery address as customer.
6. Vendor delivers: Vendor delivers directly to customer. Update delivery status.
