Enable Employee Schedule
Steps
1. Go to Appointments → Configuration → Appointment Types.
2. Select a user-based appointment type.
3. Find the Options or Scheduling section.
4. Check Employee Schedule.
5. Click Save — the "enforced" label confirms the feature is active.
Configure employee work schedules
Steps
1. Go to Employees → Employees and open an employee record.
2. Select the Work Information tab.
3. Set the Working Schedule and Timezone.
4. Click Save.

Create custom work schedules
Steps
1. Go to Employees → Configuration → Working Times.
2. Click Create.
3. Fill in Name (e.g. "Morning shift"), Company and Timezone.
4. Working Hours tab: Add each day of the week with start and end times.
5. Add multiple periods if there is a lunch break.
6. Click Save.
Manage leave
Steps
1. Employee submits request at Time Off → My Time Off → New Time Off Request.
2. Fill in Time Off Type (Annual Leave, Sick Leave...), From, To and Description.
3. Click Save and Submit.
4. Manager approves at Time Off → All Time Off → To Approve.
5. After approval, leave days are automatically excluded from available slots.
6. Customers will not see booking slots on those days.
