E-sign project documents

Documents Project Sign module integrates e-signature with project documents, allowing signature template creation and sending sign requests directly from Documents.

Signed documents are automatically stored in project folder.

Sign documents from project

Select document in project folder and create e-signature request.

Steps

  • 1. Go to Documents → select project folder.

  • 2. Select PDF document to sign.

  • 3. Click Sign or Create Sign Template.

  • 4. Add signature fields (Signature, Initial, Text, Date, Checkbox).

  • 5. Select signers and roles.

  • 6. Send sign request.

Track document signing status in Signature Requests list.

  • View sign request list in Sign → Signature Requests.

  • Receive email notification when document is signed.

  • Download signed document from Documents.
