Basic Usage

Steps

  • 1. Configure project: Go to Project, select project, enable "Allow Timesheets"

  • 2. Set up tasks: Create task and select hour type (billable/non-billable)

  • 3. Log hours: Go to Timesheets > My Timesheets, click Create or Start Timer

  • 4. Enter details: Select project, task, date, hours, and work description

  • 5. Use Timer: Click Start when beginning work, Stop when finished

  • 6. Submit for approval: Click Submit to Manager when week timesheet complete

  • 7. Approve: Manager goes to Timesheets > To Approve, review and Validate
