Prerequisites

Key points

Connect Amazon Account

Steps

Sync Orders

Steps

  • 1. System auto-syncs every 15 minutes via CRON job

  • 2. To sync manually: Open Amazon account

  • 3. Click **Sync Orders** button

  • 4. System retrieves new orders from Amazon

  • 5. Auto-creates sales orders in Odoo

  • 6. Finds/creates customers based on email or name

  • 7. Matches SKU with Odoo products

  • 8. Creates delivery order (if warehouse configured)

  • 9. Order auto-confirms to **Sales Order** status


Confirm Delivery (FBM)

Steps

  • 1. Go to **Inventory → Operations → Delivery Orders**

  • 2. Open delivery order for Amazon order

  • 3. Fill **Carrier** (shipping carrier)

  • 4. Fill **Tracking Reference** (tracking number)

  • 5. Click **Validate** to confirm delivery

  • 6. System auto-marks for sync to Amazon

  • 7. CRON job auto-sends delivery confirmation every 1 hour

  • 8. Check **Amazon Sync Status** to confirm success


Sync Inventory (FBM)

Steps

  • 1. Enable **FBM Stock** in Amazon account configuration

  • 2. Check **Sync Stock** for each offer to sync

  • 3. Ensure product is **Storable Product**

  • 4. System auto-syncs every 1 hour

  • 5. Inventory sent = Available Quantity (On Hand - Reserved)

Manage FBA Warehouse
