Prerequisites
Key points
• Install **Sale Amazon** module (sale_amazon)

Connect Amazon Account
Steps
1. Go to **Sales → Configuration → Amazon → Accounts**
2. Click **New** to create new account
3. Select **Home Marketplace**
4. Select **Company**
5. Set **Salesperson** and **Sales Team** (optional)
6. Click **Save**
7. Click **Connect** button on toolbar
8. Log into Amazon Seller Central and authorize Odoo
9. After authorization, system auto-saves token and retrieves marketplace list
10. Status changes to **Connected**
Configure Marketplaces
Steps
1. Open connected Amazon account
2. In **Marketplaces** tab, view available marketplaces
3. Select marketplaces to sync orders from
4. Deselect unused marketplaces to avoid unnecessary syncing
5. Click **Save** to save configuration
Manage Products (Offers)
Steps
1. Go to **Sales → Configuration → Amazon → Offers**
2. Click **New** to create new offer
3. Select **Account** (Amazon account)
4. Select **Marketplace**
5. Enter **SKU** (SKU on Amazon)
6. Select **Product** (corresponding Odoo product)
7. Check **Sync Stock** to sync inventory (FBM only)
8. Click **Save**
Automatic Product Matching
Key points
• System auto-matches products when syncing orders
• Amazon SKU = **Internal Reference** in Odoo
• If product not found, system creates new product
• Recommended: Set up Internal Reference before syncing
• Review and adjust auto-created products if needed
Sync Orders
Steps
1. System auto-syncs every 15 minutes via CRON job
2. To sync manually: Open Amazon account
3. Click **Sync Orders** button
4. System retrieves new orders from Amazon
5. Auto-creates sales orders in Odoo
6. Finds/creates customers based on email or name
7. Matches SKU with Odoo products
8. Creates delivery order (if warehouse configured)
9. Order auto-confirms to **Sales Order** status
Confirm Delivery (FBM)
Steps
1. Go to **Inventory → Operations → Delivery Orders**
2. Open delivery order for Amazon order
3. Fill **Carrier** (shipping carrier)
4. Fill **Tracking Reference** (tracking number)
5. Click **Validate** to confirm delivery
6. System auto-marks for sync to Amazon
7. CRON job auto-sends delivery confirmation every 1 hour
8. Check **Amazon Sync Status** to confirm success
Sync Inventory (FBM)
Steps
1. Enable **FBM Stock** in Amazon account configuration
2. Check **Sync Stock** for each offer to sync
3. Ensure product is **Storable Product**
4. System auto-syncs every 1 hour
5. Inventory sent = Available Quantity (On Hand - Reserved)
6. To sync manually: Click **Sync Inventory** on account
7. Click **Sync Feeds Status** to check status
Manage FBA Warehouse

• Create separate **Stock Location** for FBA in Odoo
• Set **FBA Stock Location** in account configuration
• FBA orders auto-link to FBA warehouse

Recover Orders
Steps
1. Open Amazon account
2. Click **Recover Order** button
3. Enter **Amazon Order Reference** (Amazon order ID)
4. Format: XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX
5. Click **Recover**
6. System retrieves order from Amazon and creates/updates in Odoo
