Instagram Business integration with Odoo allows you to manage all Instagram activities from a unified dashboard.
Post content, schedule stories and reels, reply to comments, track mentions and analyze performance - all within Odoo.
Connect Instagram Business
To integrate Instagram with Odoo, you need an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
Steps
1. Go to Social Marketing > Configuration > Social Accounts
2. Click "Add a Stream" and select Instagram
3. Login with Facebook account that has admin access to the Page
4. Select the Facebook Page linked to Instagram
5. Grant Odoo permission to access Instagram Business account
6. Confirm connection and start using
