Create ESG Initiative
Steps
1. Go to ESG → Act → Initiatives.
2. Click New or Create Initiative.
3. Fill Title (initiative name), Description (detailed description).
4. Select Assignees (responsible persons).
5. Add Tags for categorization (Scope 2, Energy Efficiency, Business Travel).
6. Choose Stage (Ideas/In Progress/Done).
7. Enter Reduced Emissions (kgCO₂e) if estimated.
8. Click Save to store initiative.
Manage Initiatives
Key points
• View list by Kanban (by stage), List, Calendar, Gantt.
• Drag and drop initiatives between Kanban columns to change stage.
• Assign responsible persons: can assign multiple people to one initiative.
• Add categorization tags: Scope 2/3, Energy Efficiency, Carbon Footprint, Business Travel, Governance.
Track Environmental Impact
Enter estimated emission reduction in Reduced Emissions (kgCO₂e) field to track expected initiative impact.
