Allocate employees to projects

Assign employees to projects based on skills, experience, and availability.

Steps

  • 1. Go to Project → Project → select project.

  • 2. Tab "Team", click Add to add employee.

  • 3. Select Employee from HR list.

  • 4. System displays info: Department, Job Position, Manager.

  • 5. View employee Skills and Competencies.

  • 6. Select Role in project: Developer, Tester, PM, etc.

  • 7. Enter Allocation % if employee works part-time.

  • 8. Click Save to save allocation.
