Restaurant Service Process
Customer service workflow:
Steps
1. Customer arrives, staff selects available table on floor plan
2. Take order: Select food/drinks from menu, adjust quantities
3. Add special notes (no onions, less spicy, etc.)
4. Send order to kitchen
5. Kitchen receives order on Kitchen Display, starts preparing
6. Customer orders more: Add to current order, send to kitchen
7. Customer requests split bill: Split items by person
8. Payment partial or full, print receipt
