Restaurant Service Process

Customer service workflow:

Steps

  • 1. Customer arrives, staff selects available table on floor plan

  • 2. Take order: Select food/drinks from menu, adjust quantities

  • 3. Add special notes (no onions, less spicy, etc.)

  • 4. Send order to kitchen

  • 5. Kitchen receives order on Kitchen Display, starts preparing

  • 6. Customer orders more: Add to current order, send to kitchen

  • 7. Customer requests split bill: Split items by person

  • 8. Payment partial or full, print receipt
