How to Use
Steps
1. Install KDS screen in kitchen area (tablet, large display)
2. Configure kitchen stations: Settings → POS → Preparation Display
3. Assign products to stations: hot dishes → Main Kitchen, drinks → Bar
4. Open KDS screen, login and select kitchen station
5. When waitstaff sends order from POS, dishes automatically display on KDS
6. Chef clicks "Start" when beginning dish preparation
7. When dish is ready, click "Done" to notify waitstaff
8. Waitstaff sees "Ready" status on POS and picks up dish
9. After serving, click "Served" to remove from KDS screen
10. View kitchen performance reports: average time, delayed orders
