Quality Worksheet in Odoo
Use worksheet templates to build multi-field quality forms and let Odoo evaluate pass or fail automatically.
Quality Worksheet is useful when simple pass-fail or measurement checks are not enough to represent the real inspection process. Teams can build a custom form with multiple fields for each quality check.
Worksheet templates also support success conditions so Odoo can evaluate the result automatically and reuse the same structure across multiple quality points.

Set up a worksheet-based quality point
Steps
1. Create or open a quality point.
2. Set Test Type = Worksheet.
3. Attach the appropriate Worksheet Template.
4. Define Success Conditions if Odoo should score the result automatically.
5. Save the quality point so future checks show the worksheet form.
Create a worksheet template
Steps
1. Go to Worksheet → Configuration → Worksheet Templates and create a new template.
2. Set the model to Quality Check.
3. Add technical fields starting with x_ for the real data you need to collect.
4. Customize the form view if a clearer operator layout is needed.
5. Save the template and reuse it across similar quality points.
How users perform a worksheet check
Steps
1. Open the quality check created from a worksheet quality point.
2. Click Fill Worksheet to open the form.
3. Fill the mandatory fields and any required supporting values.
4. Click Validate to save the data and let Odoo evaluate the success conditions.
5. Continue through the wizard if multiple checks are queued.
