Configure Booth Categories
Booth categories define sellable booth types, including price, description, and linked product in sales system.
Key points
• Each booth category needs link to Product in Sales.
• This product appears in sales orders when selling booths.
• Can create multiple categories with different prices for same event.
Steps
1. Go to Events → Configuration → Booth Categories.
2. Click New and fill Name (VIP Booth, Standard Booth).
3. In Product tab, select or create linked Product.
4. Set Price and Description for category.
5. Configure Available Booths to limit quantity.
6. Save category for use in events.
Create Sales Order with Booths
Key points
• Can sell multiple booth types in same order.
• Price can be manually adjusted for discounts.
• Order stays in Quotation status until confirmed.
Steps
1. Go to Sales → Orders → Quotations and click New.
2. Select Customer to sell booth to.
3. In Order Lines, click Add a product.
4. Select booth product (linked to Booth Category).
5. Enter Quantity (number of booths to sell).
6. System auto-fills Price from booth category.
7. Add Event information if needed.
Select Booths for Order
After creating order, can select specific booths or let system auto-assign when confirming.
Key points
• Only shows Available booths (not yet reserved).
• Can select multiple booths if order has multiple products.
• Booths temporarily held until order confirmation.
Steps
1. Open Sales Order created with booth product.
2. Click Select Booths button or go to Booths tab.
3. View list of Available booths for event.
4. Select specific booth from list (by location, number).
5. Or leave empty for system auto-assignment on confirmation.
6. Save selection.
Confirm Order and Reserve Booth
Key points
• Booth Registration auto-links to Sales Order.
• Booth reserved but not fully confirmed yet.
• If no booth selected, system auto-assigns available booth.
• Can cancel order to release booth.
Steps
1. Open Sales Order in Quotation status.
2. Check selected booth information.
3. Click Confirm button to confirm order.
4. System auto-creates Booth Registration.
5. Booth moves to Reserved status.
6. Order moves to Sales Order status.
Payment and Booth Confirmation
After confirming order, customer needs to pay to complete booth reservation.
Key points
• Can accept partial payments.
• Only confirm booth after full payment.
• Confirmed booths cannot be easily cancelled.
Steps
1. Open confirmed Sales Order.
2. Click Register Payment button to record payment.
3. Select Payment Method and enter Amount.
4. Confirm payment, order moves to Paid.
5. Go to linked Booth Registration.
6. Click Confirm to confirm booth for customer.
7. Booth moves to Confirmed status.
Manage Booth Registrations
Key points
• Go to Events → Reporting → Booth Registrations to view all registrations.
• Filter by Event, Status (Reserved, Confirmed, Cancelled).
• View Customer, Booth, linked Sales Order information.
• Can Cancel registration if customer cancels.
• Track payment status from Sales Order.
• Export registration list for event management.
Track Booth Revenue
Key points
• Revenue calculated from confirmed Sales Orders.
• Can compare revenue between events.
• Integrates with Sales reports for overall analysis.
Steps
1. Go to Events → Reporting → Booth Revenue.
2. View total revenue by Event.
3. Analyze by Booth Category (VIP, Standard).
4. Track sold vs available booth quantity.
5. View event occupancy rate.
