SMS Classification

Steps

• 1. Go to SMS Marketing → Configuration → SMS Templates.

• 4. Write SMS content with dynamic variables: "Hello {{object.partner_id.name}}, you have successfully registered for {{object.event_id.name}} on {{object.event_id.date_begin}}."

• 5. Click Save to store template.

Variables for Event SMS

Key points

• • Negative interval (-24) = send before event, positive (+2) = send after event.

• • Can create multiple schedules for same event (confirmation + reminder).

• • Scheduler only sends to participants with Confirmed status.

Steps

• 1. Open event in Event → Events.

• 2. Go to Communication tab → SMS Schedulers.

• 3. Click Add a line to create new schedule.

• 4. Select previously created SMS Template.

• 5. Configure Interval: hours/days before event (e.g., -24 hours = 1 day before).

• 6. Choose Interval Type: hours, days, weeks.

• 7. Click Save to activate schedule.

Steps
