The **Event Sale** module integrates **Event** and **Sales** modules, enabling ticket sales through sales orders and automatic attendee registration creation upon order confirmation.
The system links products to events, tracks revenue, manages payments, and automates registration status updates.

Configure Event Ticket Products
To sell tickets via orders, create products and link them to specific events. Each product can represent a ticket type (VIP, Standard, Early Bird).
Key points
• One product links to one event and specific ticket type.
• Can create multiple products for same event with different prices.
• Product price can differ from Event Ticket Type price.
Steps
1. Go to Sales → Products → Products and click New.
2. Fill Product Name (e.g., "VIP Ticket - AI Conference 2026").
3. Select Product Type as Service or Event Ticket.
4. In Sales tab, enable Event Ticket option.
5. Select Event to link with this product.
6. Select Event Ticket Type if event has multiple types.
7. Set Sales Price for ticket.
8. Save product.
Sell Tickets via Orders
Key points
• Each order line with ticket product creates corresponding Event Registration.
• Quantity = 2 creates 2 separate registrations for same customer.
• Can apply discount or pricelist like regular orders.
Steps
1. Go to Sales → Orders → Quotations and click New.
2. Select Customer (ticket buyer).
3. In Order Lines tab, click Add a product.
4. Select configured event ticket product.
5. Enter Quantity (number of tickets).
6. System auto-fills Unit Price from product.
7. Can add multiple ticket types to same order.
8. Click Send by Email to send quote to customer (optional).
Confirm Order and Create Registrations
When confirming order, system automatically creates Event Registration for each ticket sold. Each registration links to order and customer.

• Each registration has Draft status initially.
• Registration auto-links to Contact (customer) from order.
• Can edit registration info after creation (email, phone, attendee name).
• Smart button Registrations displays number of registrations from order.
Steps
1. Open order in Quotation status.
2. Click Confirm button to confirm order.
3. System auto-creates Event Registration for each ticket line.
4. Order status changes to Sales Order.
5. Click Registrations button on order to view registration list.
Manage Attendees from Orders
Key points
• Can cancel registration with Cancel Registration button.
• Canceling registration does not auto-cancel order or refund.
• Registration status: Draft → Confirmed → Attended.
• Use Attended button to mark attended at event.
Steps
1. Open confirmed Sales Order.
2. Click Registrations smart button to view list.
3. Select a registration to view/edit details.
4. Update info: Attendee Name, Email, Phone.
5. Click Confirm Registration to confirm attendee.
6. Send confirmation email and e-ticket to attendee.
Track Event Revenue

• Open Event and view Sales tab to see total revenue.
• Smart button Sales displays total related order value.
• Revenue calculated from all orders with event ticket products.
• Can filter orders by Event in Sales → Orders.

Event Sales Reporting

Steps
1. After confirming order, create Invoice from Create Invoice button.
2. Select Create Invoice → Regular Invoice.
