How to Use

Steps

  • 1. Register UrbanPiper account at urbanpiper.com

  • 2. Connect delivery platforms (Grab, Shopee, Baemin) with UrbanPiper

  • 3. Get API credentials from UrbanPiper Dashboard

  • 4. Configure UrbanPiper in Odoo: Point of Sale → Configuration → UrbanPiper

  • 5. Enter API key and Store ID from UrbanPiper

  • 6. Sync menu from Odoo to UrbanPiper

  • 7. Test connection with test order

  • 8. At POS screen, enable UrbanPiper order receiving mode

  • 9. When new order arrives, system plays sound and displays order

Scenario 1: Receive and process order from Grab
