Email marketing for eLearning course students
The Mass Mailing Slides module integrates Mass Mailing with eLearning (Website Slides).
Send bulk emails to enrolled students, create email campaigns directly from course management interface, notify new content and course updates, remind students to complete lessons, segment students by progress and enrollment time.
Send emails to course students
Steps
1. Go to eLearning → Courses → Courses.
2. Open the course to send emails for.
3. Click the Mass Mail Course Members button (email icon).
4. System opens new email form with Recipients automatically filtered to this course's students, Mailing Model: res.partner (partners/students).
5. Compose email content: fill in Subject, compose content, add links to course and new lessons.
6. Send or schedule: Send Now (send immediately) or Schedule (schedule for later).

New content notification emails
When adding new lessons to the course, send notification email with catchy title, introduce new lesson, lesson benefits, direct link to lesson.
Course completion reminder emails
Filter incomplete students: [("slide_channel_ids", "in", [course_ID]), ("slide_channel_completion", "<", 100), ("last_activity_date", "<", "7_days_ago")].
Key points
• Send reminder email with current progress and remaining portion.
• Encouragement emails at milestones: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.
